ASB Incident – IML 2202583 Date/Time: 26/10/25, between 2045–2120 hours Location: Weaverham farmland via Larch Close A dark-coloured estate vehicle was seen driving across farmland recently drilled with oats/wheat, with no headlights on. This is a concern for rural safety and crop protection. The farmer has since repaired the fence where access was made. If you have any information that could help identify those involved, please call 101 quoting IML 2202583. Thank you for your continued support.
Weaverham Parish Council Update – 27 Oct 2025 I attended the Weaverham Parish Council meeting to share recent community concerns, actions, and outcomes. Main concern raised: Motorbikes travelling around the village without lights or helmets. A log of events has been sent to Op Scrambler for their support. Patrols will continue. If you witness similar incidents, please report them via 101 or online. Thank you to everyone working with us to keep Weaverham safe.
Doorstep Crime Campaign – Get Involved! I met with our Neighbourhood Watch SPOC to discuss their new doorstep crime campaign. We’re looking to recruit new coordinators for many roads across our area! If you’re a WhatsApp admin for your estate and want to receive official crime advice, please contact me! By joining Neighbourhood Watch, you’ll help keep your community safe and well-informed. Let’s work together to protect our neighbourhoods! Interested? Email Michelle.Gillett@cheshire.police.uk or ring 07812 781 911. Thank you for supporting safer communities!
Neighbourhood Watch Update for Weaver & Cuddington ward Over the coming weeks, I’ll be visiting all Neighbourhood Watch coordinators to check in — confirming if they’re still happy to continue in their role and how many members are in each scheme. Once confirmed, we’ll be distributing brand new window stickers and street signs to help keep our communities safe and visible! Exciting news for Wallerscote Road! A new coordinator has kindly volunteered to take on the role. Invitations will be posted through every letterbox — just scan the QR code and enter your details and email address so the coordinator can keep in touch and work with you to make a safer street. If you would like to start up a scheme for your street with the help/support from your Weaver & Cuddington PCSO, please email me michelle.gillett@cheshire.police.uk Let’s keep our neighbourhoods connected and protected
